Since I am about to hit what is probably the half point in my life, I did not know whether to take solace in this quote or quickly try to change some habits.

Everything about the "Oct 8" mother story flies all over me and now a story comes out that yes, she can not pay her hospital bills and that Medi-Cal is footing the bill. And since CA is in dire financial straights and Medical will likely get stimulus money (as all states will, granted) that means that you and I are indeed the ones footing the bill. No more media coverage, please!

In more fun news of the day, Michelle Obama is going to appear on the cover of Vogue as photographed by Annie Leibovitz at the Hay Adams. Cate Blanchett has been tapped by Ridley Scott to play Marrianne  to Russel Crowe's Robin Hood because Crowe and Scott agreed that Sienna Miller was "too hot."Classy move, guys! Jessica Simpson (Yoko Romo) and Tony still on despite recent reports he cheated on her. She is still opening for Rascal Flats, despite recent concert flubs. And how was your day?
